Our Mission
At PHARF, our mission is to provide a safe and caring environment for all the animals that come through our rescue. We strive to find loving forever homes for every cat and dog that we take in, including those in our foster program.
Our Team
Our team is made up of dedicated animal lovers, passionate about providing the best possible care to the cats and dogs in our rescue. We work tirelessly to ensure that each one receives the love and attention they deserve, and we proudly support our foster program to help even more animals find safety.
