We have partnered with Goat Yoga in South Barrington, IL to bring you Puppy Yoga!  Their certified yoga instructor will guide you through various poses while adorable puppies roam freely around you. New to yoga? No problem! There are no prerequisites (none, zero, zilch!). As soon as the puppies come out to play, your stress will melt away. That's a promise!
